Ihre Aufgaben:
In Ihrer Funktion übernehmen Sie die eigenverantwortliche Führung eines Teams von bis zu 100 gewerblichen Mitarbeitern, terminorientierte Steuerung der Aufträge und des Materialflusses sowie Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der mit den Kunden vereinbarten Prozess- und Qualitätsvorgaben
Sie zeichnen sich verantwortlich für das Ergreifen von Abstellmassnahmen bei Fehlern, für die flexible und produktivitätsorientierte Steuerung des eingesetzten Personals sowie die Unterstützung der Lagerleitung bei der Umsetzung von Projekten zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Prozessbeschreibungen und Arbeitsanweisungen sowie die Schulung der Mitarbeiter runden Ihren Aufgabenbereich ab
Ihr Profil:
Für unsere Position legen wir Wert auf eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung z.B. als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik , Lagerist , Logistikmeister , Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder andere (eventuell Qualifikation zum Meister) sowie einschlägige Erfahrung im Logistik- oder Speditionsbereich
Zu Ihrer Berufserfahrung sollten idealerweise Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Lagerabläufe und Verständnis für die Prozessabläufe, nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung und –erfolge, Kenntnisse in der Organisation von Verpackungslinien, Arbeiten mit und Bewerten von Kennzahlen, Erkennen von Kosteneinsparungs- und Effizienzsteigerungspotentialen sowie das Umsetzen von Abstell- und Verbesserungsmassnahmen gehören
Aufgrund der Aufgabenstellung setzen wir für die Tätigkeit gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift voraus sowie gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
