Ihre Aufgaben:
Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der gesetzlichen und firmeneigenen Qualitätssicherungsstandards im Bereich der aseptischen Herstellung von Arzneimitteln und klinischen Prüfmustern sowie allgemeiner Betriebshygiene
Ständige Optimierung von bereichsübergreifenden Hygienekonzepten und Kontaminationskontrollmechanismen (Umgebungsmonitoring, Schädlingsbekämpfung etc.)
Erstellung, Prüfung, Genehmigung und Pflege relevanter GMP-Dokumente (z. B. Risikoanalysen, Validierungsdokumente, Änderungskontrolle)
Bewertung und Genehmigung von Abweichungen und daraus abzuleitenden Maßnahmen (z. B. im Zuge der mikrobiologischen Umgebungskontrolle, aseptischen Produktion/Prozesssimulation)
Durchführung interner Audits/Prozessbeobachtungen zur Überwachung/Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen
Durchführung und Optimierung von hygienerelevanten Schulungen
Ihr Profil:
Naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z.B. Schwerpunkt Mikrobiologie) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie (idealerweise in der Qualitätssicherung/Qualitätskontrolle)
Fundierte Kenntnisse der aktuellen GMP-Regularien in Bezug auf Kontaminationskontrollen in der pharmazeutischen Herstellung
Organisatorisches Talent
Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
