Ihre Aufgaben:
Unterstützung der Sachkundigen Personen (QPs) bei der Freigabevorbereitung klinischer Prüfpräparate
Erstellung der Dokumentation und Durchführung von Prüfungen zu produktbezogenen Länderfreigaben für klinische Studien einschließlich Compassionate Use
Abgleich von GMP-relevanten Dokumenten, z. B. Herstell- und Prüfunterlagen gegen Einreichungsdokumentation, z. B. IMPD (Investigational Medicinal Product Dossier) und MA (Marketing Authorization)
Sicherstellung der Beachtung von Produktrestriktionen.
Selbstständige Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten mit verantwortlichen Fachbereichen (z.B. Regulatory Affairs, Herstellung, Analytik)
Ansprechpartner für das System COSMOS (regulatorisches Informationssystem)
Beratung von Fachabteilungen zur Optimierung von Abläufen und Dokumenten
Mitarbeit in globalen und lokalen Teams
Erstellung, Prüfung oder Mithilfe bei der Erarbeitung von Qualitätssystem-Dokumenten (z.B. SOPs, Formblätter, etc.) unter Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben
Erfassung von Qualitäts- und Leistungskennzahlen
Archivierung GMP-relevanter Dokumentation
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pharmazie, Biologie oder Chemie: z.B.: Chemietechniker, PTA, Apotheker, Bachelor oder Master in naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtungen oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
Kenntnisse über die pharmazeutischen Herstellungsprozesse und die analytische Prüfung von Arzneimitteln
Grundlagen des Zulassungsprozesses für Arzneimittel (klinische Studien und/oder Marktware)
Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen und idealerweise mit regulatorischen Informationssystemen
Kenntnisse bzgl. GMP-Anforderungen und des deutschen und europäischen Arzneimittelrechts
Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Computersoftware (MS Office) und Dokumentenmanagementsystemen
Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
