Ihre Aufgaben:
Sie öffnen eingehende Pakete
Sie nehmen die Erfassung vor: Scannt die Ware und überprüft das Bild am Bildschirm mit der vorliegenden Ware
Sie treffen auf Basis von Vorgaben eine Entscheidung darüber, ob die Ware angenommen wird
Sie erfassen den Retouregrund
Sie stoßen bei Bedarf Folgeaufträge an
Sie bewerten die Artikel nach "1. Wahl" und "nicht 1. Wahl"
Sie sortieren die bearbeiteten Retouren nach weiterer Verwendung
Sie nehmen die Aufbereitung vor: Prüft den Zustand der Ware (Schuhe: Sohle abgelaufen / benutzt, Abriebspuren an den Seiten, Flecken etc.; Textilien: Makeup-Flecken, Deospuren, Nähte etc.)
Sie überprüfen die Vollständigkeit (Schuhe: Schnalle, Schnürsenkel; Textilien: Knopfleiste, Gürtel etc.)
Sie säubern den Artikel wenn nötig (Schuhe: abbürsten), Textilien: Legt sie ordentlich zusammen
Sie verpacken die Ware neu in einen alten oder (wenn nötig) neuen Karton (Schuhe: Einschlagen in Seidenpapier, Einpacken in Folie; Textilien: verpackt die Ware neu in Plastiktüte)
Sie sortieren die Ware entsprechend und leitet sie weiter
