Ihre Aufgaben:
Entladen, Qualitätskontrolle und Einlagern von Produkten und Paletten
Kommissionierung von Aufträgen für Diagnostikprodukte (national, international)
Kontrolle und produktgerechte Verpackung der kommissionierten Ware
Sicherstellung des Nachschubs für die Kommissionierung
Packen und Verladen von Outbound - Paletten unter Einhaltung aller geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften
Allgemeine Lagertätigkeiten, ggf. führen von Flurfördergeräten
Musterentnahmen unter Einhaltung vorhandener Qualitätsanforderungen
Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Wartungen des Lagers, einschließlich ordnungsgemäßer Reinigung
Durchführung von Aus-, Ein-, und Umbuchungen im Lagerverwaltungssystem
Durchführung regelmäßiger Inventuren und Abgleich der Lagerbestände mit Außenlägern
Erstellung aller notwendigen Dokumente für den Versand & Zolltechnische Abfertigung der Sendungen
Transportplanung und Zusammenarbeit mit Transportunternehmen
Ihr Profil:
Mehrere Jahre Berufspraxis erforderlich, wünschenswert Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) IHK-geprüft mit Abschluss oder Fachkraft für Lagerwirtschaft
Grundsätzlich Erfahrung im Lager/ Logistik/ Versand, nach Möglichkeit im regulierten Umfeld (Gesundheit/ Pharma)
Zoll-Kenntnisse und Umgang mit Zoll-Programmen (ATALAS)
fließend deutsch in Wort und Schrift
Englisch Grundkenntnisse
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit internen und externen Kunden
PC-Grundkenntnisse (MS-Office)
Starker Sinn für Qualität, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
