Ihre Aufgaben:
Verantwortlich für das Changemanagement von computergestützten Systemen
Erstellung, Review und Genehmigung von GMP relevanter Dokumentation inklusive Risikoanalysen im Bereich Validierung und Qualifizierung von computergestützten Systemen
Nachverfolgung und Bewertung von Korrektur und Vorbeugemaßnahmen (CAPA)
Verantwortlich für das Raummonitoring Systems in der Rolle des Business System Owners – zuständig für die Wartung und Instandhaltung des computergestützten Systems
Mitwirkung bei Systemintegrationen unter Beachtung der Regularien
Koordination des Partnerfirmeneinsatzes hinsichtlich qualifizierungs- und validierungsrelevanter Themen
Sicherstellung der vertragskonformen Leistungserbringung und Überprüfung der Einhaltung geltender Gesetze
Verantwortung für die Gewährleistung des Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutzes im Zuständigkeitsbereich
Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen zu Monitoring spezifischen Themen
Freigabe von Rechnungen und Sicherstellung der vertragskonformen Leistungserbringung von Partnerfirmen im Rahmen von Investitions- und Wartungsprojekte sowie Nachverfolgung des Kostenrahmens
Dokumentation von Budgets und KPI’s gem. Vertretungsmatrix
Fehleranalysen der Datenbanken auf Automations- und Managementebene, um den qualifizierten und validierten Betrieb sicher zu stellen
Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von weiteren Werkzeugen zur Digitalisierung und zur Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse gemäß Kundenanforderungen (Digitale Zwillinge, Augmented Reality, Iiot-Devices, KI-basierte Technologien)
Ihr Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung bevorzugt im Bereich Compliance oder Automation
Eigenständige Umsetzung von Projekten
Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungs- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
